Fortim Blindagens ("Fortim", "we") acts as the Controller of the personal data processed through this website and contact channels, as defined in art. 5, VI, of the Brazilian LGPD (Law 13,709/2018).

• Identification data: name, email, phone and role/agency provided in forms.
• Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and access origin.
• Institutional data: information about the agency or company represented in commercial requests.

• Handle quote requests, technical specifications or product information.
• Reply to messages via contact form and official channels.
• B2B commercial prospecting (sales to government agencies and qualified companies).
• Compliance with legal, regulatory and controlled-product traceability obligations.
• Continuous improvement of the website and our processes.

Processing is based on: (i) consent; (ii) contract execution or preliminary procedures; (iii) compliance with legal obligations; and (iv) legitimate interest for B2B prospecting.

We do not sell personal data. We only share with service providers (hosting, transactional email, analytics), always upon Fortim's instruction, and with public authorities when required by law or by regulated-product controls (DFPC, Federal Revenue, etc.).

We retain commercial contact data for up to 5 years after the last contact, a period compatible with commercial statute of limitations. Data related to controlled products is kept for the legal period required by the regulatory body.
