2. Permitted use
This website has an institutional purpose. The following are not permitted: (a) unauthorized commercial use of content; (b) reverse engineering; (c) attempts of unauthorized access to systems. The sale of controlled products is restricted to legally qualified agencies and entities.
3. Intellectual property
All content — text, images, marks, logos, layouts and code — belongs to Fortim Blindagens or is used under license. Total or partial reproduction requires express authorization.
4. Controlled products
The equipment presented is controlled by the Brazilian Army (Colog Ordinance No. 51/2015 and related legislation). Sales depend on the buyer's and manufacturer's DFPC registration, specific authorization and complete legal documentation.
5. Limitation of liability
The technical information presented is institutional in nature. Final specifications, ballistic performance and suitability for the intended use must be confirmed in the technical documentation delivered with each batch and in the corresponding laboratory reports.

7. Jurisdiction
The Court of São Paulo/SP is elected to resolve disputes arising from these Terms.
